Ashtanga

A traditional Ashtanga class which links movement and breath at a slightly faster pace. You will learn traditional poses as well as variations of poses, and flowing transitions between poses. This class will revive your energy, renew your spirit, and help you develop and deepen your own practice. |
Hatha

This is a slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and perhaps seated meditation. This a good place to learn basic poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable wit yoga. Perfect for those new to Yoga.
